Ajinomoto AminoSweet QDE 510
In response to growing demand from
soft drink manufacturers, Ajinomoto has developed QDE 510 - quick dissolving
AminoSweet, to assist in the processing of bulk solutions. Using unique
crystallisation technology, Ajinomoto optimises the particle size of QDE 510 to
keep the ingredient free flowing and dust free, while simultaneously
facilitating the speediest dissolution. The dissolution time compared with
Ajinomoto's standard AminoSweet powder can be cut by 30%. When compared with
aspartame from other manufacturers, dissolution time can be cut by
66%.

Nutritional Information
The Nutritional Data sheet provides detailed information about the nutritional properties of AminoSweet. Because AminoSweet is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar, it is used in very small quantities AminoSweet therefore makes a minimal contribution to the nutritional value of the foods and beverages in which it is used.
